This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run resource cannot obtain or correct a criminal record, perform an official check, issue a certified copy, or receive a Kentucky expungement filing.
Need an Official Record?
Use the custodian that matches the Henderson County record. The county government directory is a useful check for current department pages:
- Court case files: use the criminal court case record route or the Henderson Circuit Clerk contact page, 270-826-2405 or 270-826-1566
- Sheriff-created reports: follow the HCSO written procedure for the records counter at 20 North Main Street, Suite 112, Henderson, KY 42420, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 270-826-2713
- Booking and jail records: use the Detention Center's separate open-records route for 380 Borax Drive, Henderson, KY 42420, 270-827-5560; its public records hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- State conviction records: use the permission-based process at the Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch
- Police incident reports: contact the agency that created the report, including the Henderson Police contacts at 1990 Barret Court for HPD records
- Expungement filings: identify the exact case and file with the Henderson court that entered it
Court copies come from the Office of Circuit Court Clerk, Henderson County Judicial Center, 5 North Main Street, Henderson, KY 42419. Published hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Sheriff's Office is a separate counter and does not accept a countywide request on behalf of the clerk or jail.
